Into Africa is a Destination Management Company specializing in incentive tours and conferences for overseas companies especially from Europe.

 

Into Africa has successfully worked for the last 6 years with Roots Africa Tours, our main supplier for Cultural Tours. The company proved to be very efficient, well organized and motivated in finding new creative ideas and getting the communities involved.

 

Together with Roots Africa Tours we brought hundreds of overseas visitors into the townships of Cape Town starting from 2 guests to groups of up to 100 guests and they all left very impressed and with a better knowledge of South Africa – thanks to Owen Jinka the owner of Roots Africa Tours. One of these groups was Hyundai Germany, the company visited a school in Khayelitsha in May 2003 as part of a township tour. The CEO was so touched by this choir that he invited them over to Germany for a 2-week concert tour in May 2004. This trip was a huge success and wouldn’t have been possible without the enthusiasm and organizational skills of Roots Africa Tours.

Call of Africa Safaris have had a long, happy and close association with Owen and Roots Africa Tours. We are incoming tour operators with a client base of mainly high end USA tourists.

Where possible we use Owen as our first option for guiding our clients in Cape Town.This happens at least twice every month where he looks after them from arrival to departure. He has also accompanied some of our clients up the garden route

He is extremely reliable, very articulate and good with people and has a great amount of local knowledge.

Our feedback from clients is always extremely favorable and many say that he made a big difference to their stay in Cape Town.
